Dublin
The Guinness Storehouse was a multistory theme park that covered everything to do with Guinness. You could explore the origins of Guinness making, sample different types of Guinness, try your hand at pouring the perfect pint and enjoy the drink on their top floor bar which offered 360 views of the city. We also visited Trinity College in the University of Dublin, which is an old library housing the Book of Kells.

Castletown Conyers, County Limerick
We got a great taste of the Irish countryside, staying with Joe's extended family (John and Noreen) in a quaint country home for a few days. We were treated to a classic Irish breakfast and got to see the farm home of Joe's ancestors. On one day trip, we ventured to County Clare to the Cliffs of Moher. The cliffs offered beautiful scenery and a refreshing Atlantic sea breeze.
