I had a weekend away well spent at Couran Cove on South Stradbroke island with my mumma. Although it was a bit rainy and cold, we made the most of it with the glimpses of sunlight we did see. We went stand up paddle boarding, canoeing, swimming, bush walking and boating. We spotted many wallabies on the island who were not afraid to be seen. The accommodation was spacious with a veranda that overlooked the water.
