We had a brief overnight stop here as our first Italian city since crossing over from France. The drive through the Alps was so scenic and stunning, seeing the small mountainous towns cover every nook and crevice of the imposing alps.
Our caravan park was fantastic, around 25mins out of the city. We spent around 4 hours in Torino, walking around the old palace and its gardens and through the multiple public squares with its monuments. We stumbled across a pasta deli and had the most delicious homemade ravioli and tortellini with burnt butter sage sauce.
When we returned to the caravan park, a local family owned pizza food truck was visiting for the night and we got treated to delicious pizza for dinner.
