Split is a large coastal town with a beautiful old town and fantastic beaches on its waterfront. We stayed here for 3 nights at Camp Split which was situated on the beach front. We explored the old town and Diocletian’s palace and had these delicious friend mini donut balls with chocolate sauce from the food truck vendors on the waterfront. We then continued further towards the park on the northern side of the city and walked its perimeter to the beaches and spent a whole day lounging on the rocks.
